Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by our B2B customers
- Liaise between customers and engineering departments
- Produce structured documentation regarding cases and key takeaways
- Work on shifts
Requirements:
- Advanced command of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical background in customer service
