Technical support engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by our B2B customers
  • Liaise between customers and engineering departments
  • Produce structured documentation regarding cases and key takeaways
  • Work on shifts

Requirements:

  • Advanced command of English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technical background in customer service
