Customer Support Expert with German and English

Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone calls, and live chats, providing exceptional support for a wide range of services.
    Utilize the help desk ticketing system to track and manage incidents effectively.
    Perform additional tasks as assigned, including document creation, staff and customer training, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
    Friendly and approachable demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
    Basic IT knowledge, including DNS, SMTP, Office Suite, and Exchange 2013+.
    Strong team player with motivation and willingness to learn and perform.
    Good level of English required.
